When to use it
Use ～に伴って when one change occurs in parallel with another — the second event follows naturally from the first as it progresses. It is common in reports, notices, and presentations describing structural change (market shifts, reorganizations, regulatory revisions), and is stiffer than ～につれて while less mathematical than ～とともに. In written notices and email, the ～に伴い form is standard; ～に伴う modifies a following noun.
